Baltimore Festival Streets is a compilation of images from the thriving performance and community arts scenes in Baltimore. Featured projects include Transmodern Festival’s Pedestrian Services Exquisite, a day of roaming performers delivering assorted services to the public, the Love Parade, organized by Fluid Movement , Baltimore’s populist performance collective, and The Great Halloween Lantern Parade, an annual tradition now in its 10th year that engages hundreds of city residents in lantern building workshops, and brings thousands of Baltimoreans together for a nighttime procession and live magic lantern show in a public park.
